Can you add effects in Lightworks?
Lightworks does not overwrite existing effects but simply adds new ones to the list, even if they have the same name as a currently installed effect. If you want to replace a current effect you need to delete it first then add the new effect.
The effects button is found on the RHS of the sequence timeline when using the flexible layout. Clip timelines don’t have an effect button. With the fixed layout you use the VFX tab to access effects.
How do I add zoom effect to Lightworks?
